Black men have soo much potential considering that they are usually musculy and have strong features. --The big businesses always love to find someone that relates to the "majority" of people. They want to hire someone who looks just like the little caucasian guys watching tv. No offense to caucasian people, but I agree that it's time for a change.

Black Male & Female Models Descrminated against!?
I have just broke into this industry myself, and I have been very successful so far. But I am noticing the racism and discrimination that very well exist in this field! If you look at the runway models normally its about 50 Caucasians men, and 5 or less black men! Or 150 Caucasian women, and 25 black women! Any women or male of an ethnic background gets less stage time, less outfits etc. Does anyone else notice the same?...keep this clean no need to make an *** of yourself ha! But im really interested in what you all have to say blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Asians, Indians etc....lets get into this!

Yeah I have definitely noticed it. And the people screaming no big deal are definitely the ones who are not into modeling like that because my cousin is a model and agencies have made some negative comments about how they already have a Black model and do not need that many. And its just like what? But hopefully the industry will get better.

It would always be changing. Models are on top of fashion. Get several of the magazines and watch the Bryant Park fashion shows. RL and Lacoste mean your taste is very preppy. So Rockport has a lot of shoes that are brown or black casual shoes, and yet super comfy and look like dressier shoes.

As you are always wearing khakis and a polo shirt, a polo should never be super tight. I'd look up some pictures of Tyson Beckford. He is an excellent representation of how models should dress.
